YC-87 Full Automatic Spring Roll Production Line is an integrated system for full automatic and high-capacity production of spring rolls, our machine can produce spring roll at 10-40 pieces per minute, one production line only need 2 workers to operate machine, and spring roll line can connect with continuous fryer or conect with freezing line directly, build the fully automted spring roll factory.

  • Utilizes advanced electromagnetic heating technology, which is more energy-efficient by approximately 30% compared to traditional heating methods.

  • Baking wheels, rollers, and drive shafts are made from robust carbon steel and polyurethane for long-lasting performance.

  • The conveyor system employs a 1.5mm herringbone mesh belt for reliable and gentle product handling.

  • The transfer pump is constructed with 304 material internally and externally for enhanced durability and hygiene.

  • Molds are crafted from 6061 high-strength aluminum alloy, ensuring even heat distribution and quick cooling.

  • All panels have a decorative thickness of 1.2mm with additional reinforcement of 5mm to 8mm for added stability.

Production Process:

The YC-87 system starts with the dough paddle mixer preparing the batter, which is then stored and kept homogenous in the slurry tank. The batter is precisely sprayed onto the heated baking wheel to create the spring roll skin. Once baked, these skins are cut to size, filled with the stuffing machine, and then sealed and shaped before being conveyed to the cooling table or directly to the oil for frying.
