Production Process:

1. Batter Preparation: According to the batter preparation process, the batter is made using a batter mixer.

2. Baking: The batter is baked on the circular baking wheels of the spring roll machine, forming spring roll skins of a fixed thickness.

3. Cutting: The spring roll skins are cut into a fixed size.

4. Filling: When the spring roll skins pass through the filling machine, the filling is evenly distributed on each skin.

5. Folding: Through the air-blowing and folding section, the edges of the spring roll skin are used to wrap the filling, and finally, the rolling and friction section rolls the spring roll into shape.

6. Freezing or Frying: The spring rolls are either packaged and sent to the cold storage through a cooling conveyor belt or directly fried in a frying machine.
